Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from Digideepam, you agree to the refund terms described below.

1. Digital Courses & E-Learning

Scenario	Refund Eligibility
Refund requested within 7 days & less than 20% course consumed	Full refund (minus payment gateway charges)
Refund requested within 7 days & 20–50% consumed	50% refund
Refund requested after 7 days OR more than 50% consumed	No refund
Technical issue from our side preventing access	Full refund

2. Consulting & Service Packages

Before work begins: Full refund within 48 hours of payment.
After work begins: Refund for the uninitiated portion of work, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Completed deliverables: No refund once deliverables are submitted/approved.
Monthly retainer contracts: Can be cancelled with 30 days written notice; no refund for the current month.

3. Booking & Consultation Sessions

Cancelled 24+ hours before: Full refund or free reschedule.
Cancelled 2–24 hours before: 50% refund or one-time reschedule.
No-show / cancelled less than 2 hours: No refund.
Cancelled by us: Full refund or priority reschedule.

4. Digital Downloads & Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us within 48 hours and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

5. Affiliate Commissions

Affiliate commissions are non-refundable once paid. Commissions associated with returned/refunded orders will be reversed from the affiliate's account balance.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email us at digitaldeepamjain@gmail.com with:

Your order/invoice number
Reason for refund request
Your registered email address

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

7. GST on Refunds

Refunds will be processed for the full amount paid. GST credits will be handled as per applicable Indian GST regulations.

8. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us at digitaldeepamjain@gmail.com to escalate. We are committed to a fair resolution.
