Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information, marketing strategies, credentials, and any proprietary data shared during the course of service.
7. Limitation of Liability
DigiDeepam is not liable for:
- Losses or damages resulting from third-party platform issues (e.g., Meta, Google, WhatsApp)
- Temporary service disruptions due to technical problems or force majeure
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility
8. Third-Party Tools and Platforms
We may use third-party platforms (like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, WhatsApp Cloud API, etc.) as part of your service. You agree to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for platform changes, policy updates, account bans, or other issues outside our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In such cases:
- Work completed up to the termination date will be billed
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed or in progress
